By accessing or using Quorin's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quorin and its licensors. Our intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the Liquid Obsidian design system, our proprietary visual identity, and custom codebases developed for our digital experiences.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific client contract, Quorin retains all rights to any underlying frameworks, methods, and general creative concepts employed in our delivery process.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service.

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer any part of our digital products.
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Respect the "Liquid Glass" aesthetic; do not attempt to modify or bypass CSS injects.
• Interactions must be professional and lawful at all times.

In no event shall Quorin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quorin operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
